amie-intimacy

Betrayal, abuse, and divorce can leave you questioning yourself.

You may wonder what you feel, what you need, what you can trust,

and whether you would even recognize a healthy relationship.

Intimacy Within helps you reconnect with yourself through the 7 Levels of Intimacy,

so you can strengthen your voice, trust what you notice, connect with your body and emotions,

and build relationships without abandoning yourself.

Because healing isn’t only about learning to trust others again.

It’s about learning to trust you.

Inside Intimacy Within:

I’ll walk you through each of the seven levels of intimacy at your own pace,

helping you explore what intimacy looks like first in your relationship with yourself.

You’ll receive:

*Video lessons guiding you through each of the 7 levels of intimacy

*Practical exercises and reflection prompts for every level

*A printable workbook to help you deepen what you’re learning

*Simple practices you can begin using in your everyday life

*Encouraging follow-up emails from me as you move through the course

This course is intentionally self-paced. I don’t want you to rush through the material just to finish it.

Give yourself time to practice each level and notice what begins to surface.

You may become aware of resistance, uncertainty, shame, fear, old beliefs,

or places where you’ve learned to disconnect from yourself.

You may also begin noticing your voice, your wants, your boundaries, your body,

and your inner knowing in a completely different way.

That awareness is part of the work.

You don’t need to force anything or figure everything out at once.

The invitation is simply to get curious about what you notice and begin building

a more connected, trusting relationship with yourself.

And if you find yourself feeling stuck or wanting additional support

along the way, you’re always welcome to book a consultation with me.

Maybe you recognize some of this...

You can advocate for everyone else, but freeze when it comes to advocating for yourself.

You know something doesn’t feel right, and then immediately start explaining to yourself why it probably isn’t a big deal.

You second-guess your emotions.

You aren’t sure whether what you’re feeling is intuition, fear, trauma, or anxiety.

You want meaningful connection, but you’re terrified of disappearing inside another relationship again.

You may even wonder,

“If I couldn’t trust myself then, how am I supposed to

trust myself now?”

This is where intimacy begins.

Intimacy is more than being emotionally or sexually close to another person.

It is being able to know what you think.
Know what you feel.
Hear your body.
Have a voice.
Recognize your needs.
Honor your limits.
Allow yourself to be known without abandoning yourself in the process.

That’s intimacy within.
